Vegetarian Tikka Masala

This delicious tikka masala dish is sure to have your friends raving for weeks to come—and they'll be even more surprised when they find out it's vegetarian! Happy cooking!


Follow instructions on Quinoa package, and let cook while you prepare the rest!

Heat oil in medium to large skillet on medium–high heat. Add chick'n and sauté until chick'n is browned and crispy. (6-8 min)

Stir in all of the veggies, mixing well until tender.

Stir in jar of tikka masala simmer sauce, cover and reduce heat to low. Let simmer for a minute or two, until sauce is hot.

All done!


Serve Quinoa + Tikka Masala, top with fresh chopped cilantro.
