This soup is a great complement to any asian meal, but just as good on it's own!
Add 4 cups of water and 2 tsp of dashi granules to a pot and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, Reduce heat to medium.
Add 3 tbsp of red miso paste and whisk well until completely dissolved.
Add thin slices of green onions and allow the soup to simmer for 5 minutes.
Reduce heat to low and serve!
Makes 4 servings.
