I’ve been growing a garden for the past 5 years, and leading people for over 15 years And what I realized is that there are a lot of parallels between gardening and managing a team of people that I wanted to share with you.

More important than the work you do and things you build is the condition of your heart. You can solve the most complex problems, build intricate systems, and surpass your peers with your development skills, but if your heart isn't in the right place, you haven't won. What is your heart full of?
