NewCulture helps mission-driven organizations get found online

Over twelve years ago, I set aside all of my consulting work to focus on the mission I felt God had put in front of me. Over time, I learned that it wasn't just a career move: it was obedience.

A lot has changed since then. I met my wife. I became a father of five loud, amazing kids. And I've kept cultivating a skillset I've been building for over twenty years.

Somewhere in there, a desire started growing. I kept running into mission-driven friends and businesses—people with genuinely good ideas—who either couldn't get those ideas off the ground or hit a wall the moment they tried to tell anyone about them. The mission was real. It just wasn't getting found.

I'd give advice. Point them in a direction. And honestly, I tried not to get too involved—because I wanted to honor the reason I stepped back in the first place. But the pull kept growing. After a lot of prayer and reflection, it stopped feeling like ambition and started feeling like being sent. This time, it felt like God was saying, “Go for it.”

So I'm doing something about it.

Here's the thing I keep coming back to: your mission was meant to be found. If the work you're doing matters, staying invisible isn't humility—it means the people you were meant to reach never find you. I spent twelve years sharpening my own mission. Now I want to help other people launch their own mission.

That might look like advice on how to start (I once launched a coffee roasting business off a tiny Behmor roaster that took 30 minutes to roast a single bag—so I know what scrappy beginnings are like). It might be growing your website traffic through SEO and digital marketing (I've helped several nonprofits go from zero to thousands of people finding them each month). It might be figuring out how to use AI to solve the operational problems that are eating up your time.

If you've been hitting any of those walls—let's talk. Even if I'm not a good fit, I'll point you in the right direction.
